My Project

Biographies are stories that inspire because they are about real life people who show how they have navigated the world in a unique way. Over the past several years, we have continually been working on updating our Biography section in our school library. We have a smaller than recommended biography section and want to work on increasing the numbers of inspirational books in the biographies. With this project, we will add books about people students have requested to have added to our biographies, or we will add newer biographies about famous people.

My students come from many different backgrounds and will be excited to read biographies sharing the successes of real people from many backgrounds.

With over 600 students at our school, these books will be used for biography projects, fun reading, and more. I love seeing our students clamor around new books. I know my students will love these books!
