My Project

As a teacher at a Title I high school, I strive to create a classroom where every student has access to the tools they need to succeed. Many of my students face financial barriers, so having classroom supplies readily available ensures they can focus on learning instead of worrying about whether they have the materials they need.

In our classroom, students use binders as interactive math notebooks to organize notes, complete activities, and build a resource they can use throughout the school year.

This project will provide essential supplies such as binders, colored paper, colored pencils, crayons, mechanical pencils, lead refills, and sticky notes to support hands-on, engaging learning. It also includes classroom necessities like printer ink, an electric three-hole punch, tissues, and batteries to keep our classroom running smoothly. Picture frames will display motivational posters that encourage perseverance and confidence, while candy and squishies will be used to celebrate effort, growth, and positive choices.

With your support, my students will have the resources they need to stay organized, engaged, and confident as they grow in mathematics. Thank you for helping create a classroom where every student has the opportunity to succeed.
