My Project

Our students need garden supplies to plant and harvest so that they can experience hands-on learning that brings science and nature to life. With tools such as gloves and seeds, students can actively explore plant life cycles, observe growth over time, and make real-world connections to what they learn in the classroom. These experiences spark curiosity and deepen understanding in ways that worksheets cannot.

Working in the garden also helps children build important life skills.

As they plant, water, and harvest, students practice responsibility, patience, and teamwork while learning that growth takes time and care. They gain confidence as they see the results of their efforts, understanding that consistent effort and attention lead to success.

Finally, gardening teaches lifelong habits that support wellness and sustainability. Students develop respect for the environment, learn where food comes from, and discover the joy of eating something they’ve grown themselves. Providing garden supplies gives them the opportunity to connect with nature, build practical skills, and grow into mindful, capable, and caring individuals.
