This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Our class pet has been an amazing addition to our classroom family. Josh is a bearded dragon and is approaching his first birthday. He currently is outgrowing his juvenile bearded dragon habitat. Please help our class attain a reptile tank and the needed accessories for Josh to thrive in.

I teach an amazing class of curious, inquisitive, and perservering students that love learning through hands-on experiences.

The social emotional learning opportunities Josh has provided for our class has been amazing to observe. So many of our science lessons align with the real life experiences we gain through pet ownership. For Josh to grow and be happy he needs to have a 90 gallon cage, heating lamps, and feeding bowls. We want to provide him with a home that is as special as he is! Thank you for reading my project request and for your generosity!
