My Students

My students are located on the south side of Indianapolis, Indiana. My students come to school daily with a smile and positive attitude to make a difference in their schooling. Many of these families have parents that are working multiple jobs and basic school supplies are hard to come by.

All the students in our building are provided with a free lunch and breakfast daily, in addition some families are provided with food at the week to ensure no one goes hungry over the weekend.

These student's are invested in their education. I am trying to push them to ensure that their future is bright so they can succeed in the world outside of our classroom.

My Project

These supplies were picked out with my students in mind. Some of these will be used for whole group instruction but a majority will be used during small group time. Our school conducts small group rotations for both ELA and Math. We have positive data backing the small group instruction time and I want to ensure I have the resources to help my kids gain as much as they can during this time each day.

Our school is still in person.
