My Project

My classroom is set in an outlying Native Alaskan school on Prince of Wales Island in Alaska. Research has proven that my students thrive on place based education and hands-on learning, so I try to incorporate the natural environment as much as possible into our lessons

My students need pencils, scissors, erasers, the basic supplies, to aid in their learning.

We do a substantial amount of writing in math and science, so pencils are a must! It’s flu season, so having a good supply of Kleenex is really going to be necessary. I know my students will appreciate having these tools handy.
