My Project

I teach an elective PE class called Lifetime Fitness. This is one of the most popular elective class for students to sign up for. One reason for this is they are aloud to discover their passion and have choice in their activity. My school is low income with a lot of diversity and needs. I have tried to create an environment where all students can find an activity they love that will support their fitness for a lifetime. I have over 200 students. One activity that has ignited almost every students' desire to be active is badminton.
