My Project

Our students in the Special Education program are eager to express themselves through art, but they need the right tools to make it happen. To fill this need, we are starting a high school level adaptive art club giving every student a space where they can create, explore and shine. In addition to creative self-expression, we will plan art projects which build connections between art, language, and science. Stress reduction, improved focus and language development are some of the added benefits. With the right supplies, our students will gain confidence, practice important life skills, and discover the joy of self-expression.

Your generous support will help us purchase adaptive art supplies such as easy-grip paintbrushes, textured materials, and other accessible tools that make creativity possible for all abilities.

By funding this project, you’ll be giving our students the chance to experience the power of art—without limits.

Together, we can open the door to creativity giving our students the tools they need to express themselves through art.
