Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Public schools are the even playing field for all kids. Students are given the materials and tools they need to be successful in the classroom and school community no matter their home setting or background. When it comes to art in middle school, it helps a student's confidence if they have the right tools to explore and develop their skills. And, In my school, we strive to show that EVERY student is an artist.

Canvases and paint ensure that every classroom has materials to create art.

The requested materials are to be used within our school so that every teacher's advisory class, and club, can contribute to our school wide art show and silent auction. This year will be our 3rd annual. Because of your donations we will be able to give all of our students an opportunity to be an artist.
