My Project

Art supplies would greatly benefit my 5th grade class by giving students the tools they need to explore their creativity and express themselves in meaningful ways. In our rural district, students only receive formal art instruction four times a year, which limits their opportunities to develop artistic skills and confidence.

With access to basic materials like paints, brushes, paper, and pencils, students could create projects that connect to what they’re learning in other subjects while also discovering their own talents and interests.

Art encourages problem-solving, collaboration, and emotional expression—skills that support their overall academic and personal growth. Having the right supplies would help ensure every student has a chance to experience the joy and creativity that art brings to learning
