My Students
We have so many talented children at our little school on the hill, Windham Academy. They work hard everyday showing their skills and knowledge. When it's time for Art class, they get excited for the upcoming project. Art becomes a world where each child can feel free to explore their creative sides where there are no wrong ways or answers. Watching our students create exciting things with wonderful new art supplies makes each class a whole lot of fun and a new adventure!
My Project
Each week in art class, I try to diversify the projects between the grade levels so that every class has exciting and age appropriate projects to work on. There are times that I may use the same materials, such as canvas or cardstock, but the end result will be what each learner is best able to achieve based on their age and grade level. The supplies that I am asking for will enhance student learning by using different types of materials that they may not otherwise be able to use. The finished results are projects that they will be proud to show to their friends and families.
