My Students

As a teacher in a Title I school, my students are faced with challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.

They like to move, they love to read, and they love lots of positive attention.

From the minute they walk in the door of my classroom, I focus on their potential and growth, educationally and mentally. By doing this in a creative and positive way, I am hoping to inspire our deserving learners to continue on a path of academic excellence.

My Project

There are many things that keep a classroom going, such as basic supplies, pencils, and paper. There are also needed necessities to keep tablets charged, binders and supply drawers organized, and audio available.

We think outside of the box in room 112, therefore our everyday necessities our abstract as well.

Our classroom would EXCEL with the use of an Alexa on the Kid's Edition Dot. The facts that she could give during our studies would be a fantastic addition. We are also requesting chargers for our tablets so we can have easier access to use them. The new set of stools would be added to our high top station. The students love this area and I would love for more of them to be able to use it. Our laptop cart does not come with headphones, so we highly need a pair for every child. Our online resources are fantastic but is quite distracting when you can hear all 25 computers at once.
