Air Purifier

Help me give my students an air purifier and replacement filters to help provide cleaner air in our classroom. This will make the in-person instruction as safe as possible for my students and myself.

My Students

Our first-grade classes consist of some of the most loving little individuals I have ever met. They are so bright and inquisitive. These students deserve it all and I will try my hardest to give it to them.

Our students are excited about school and learning.

The district we work for has a high rate of minorities. Most of our parents struggle financially. As their teacher, I would like to get more resources for my students and for our classroom.

My Project

Our students have returned to in-person learning. In the recent months, because of the surge in COVID numbers, a few of my students have gotten sick with COVID. I also have gotten COVID from one of my students.

Having an air purifier and replacement filters in the classroom will provide us with peace of mind because we will be in a classroom, 8 hours daily.

I would love to have an air purifier in my classroom to help reduce the risk of airborne transmission of COVID-19 and any other airborne viruses. My students should feel safe at school. Having a good, sturdy air purifier that can be trusted is one way that I can help them feel safe.

Please help make in-person instruction as safe as possible for my students and myself. Having access to an air purifier will help provide cleaner air in our classroom. This air purifier will help to eliminate viruses and germs in our classroom and will also provide much needed ventilation (that it lacks) within our classroom.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
