Help me give my students a reward for completing our novel study of The Great Gasby.

My Project

Every year our English 3 students read F. Scott Fitzgerald's novela, The Great Gatsby. The students really get into the novel and this year, we'd like to take it one step further.

We're planning to invite our entire 11th grade class to a culminating reception where students come dressed as their favorite character.

The decorations will be used to turn our media center into Gatsby's ballroom. We'll supplement these donations with elegant desserts and a festive punch. We'll play jazz music and set up a photo booth. Ultimately, we're looking to bring the book to life for our students and this will be the great way to end the school year.
