My Project

My 8th grade U.S. History students are amazing individuals. Even though we are a Title I school, my students are motivated, talented, creative and overall, incredible human beings. There are also kids that are struggling in all different ways, so this printer will reach ALL of my students, no matter where they are at.

One of the characteristics of my classroom, is that we do a lot of project based learning.

This style of teaching allows students to show their creativity and critical thinking skills. Having a color printer in my classroom will allow ALL of my students the ability to create projects online in color and then can send their work to me, so I can print it out. Most students not only don't have printers at home, but even less have access to color.

I want to showcase their beautiful work by printing it in color, so it really showcases their talent. I will either hang their creations in my classroom, or in the hallway of the main building where everyone can see!
