My Project

My fifth graders are incredibly curious, eager learners who thrive when they see themselves and their interests reflected in the pages they read. To fuel their love for learning, we are seeking a fresh, vibrant collection of books featuring diverse subjects and characters. This project will introduce a rich mix of engaging fiction and high-interest nonfiction, ensuring every student finds a topic that sparks their imaginations or deepens their knowledge of the world.

To make these new literary treasures accessible, we are also requesting two circular bookshelves.

Our current setup makes browsing difficult, but these unique, rotating shelves will transform our classroom library into an interactive, user-friendly hub. Students will be able to easily browse, select, and share books, giving them true ownership over their reading choices. Your support will provide both the diverse stories our students crave and the perfect space to discover them!
