This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The majority of the students at my school are English Language Learners. They are often shy and more and more are new to the United States. I am planning to give them a way to express their voice and create podcast that allow them to share what they know and wonder, to learn from their peers and interview people who can help them learn.

Student created podcasts will allow my students to create their own positive digital footprint in learning.

My goal is to use the Zoom PodTrack P4 recorder, microphones and headphones to help my students not only to script, record, edit and publish podcasts, but to share their knowledge with their peers. I want them to learn to teach each other how to create podcasts.
