My Project

Every day, my students come together for whole-group instruction, read-alouds, morning meetings, collaborative discussions, and social-emotional learning activities. We love coming together as a classroom family! We are a Title 1 school with limited resources, and a new classroom rug would create a safe, comfortable, and engaging gathering area where students can learn together. A durable, colorful rug will help define our meeting space, improve organization, and provide students with designated spots that encourage focus and positive behavior.

As a Title I school, many of my students face challenges outside of the classroom.

Creating a welcoming and nurturing learning environment is essential to helping them feel secure, valued, and ready to learn. A new rug would not only enhance the appearance of our classroom but also support academic success by providing a comfortable space where students can actively engage in lessons, discussions, and hands-on learning experiences.
