A Love of Literature

Help me give my students their best chance to read and enjoy great literature. One of my biggest challenges is getting kids to love reading and I believe these books will be the key.

My Project

My students need high interest literature, grade level appropriate books to foster a love of reading that I know can be attained. So many of my high school students come to me having not read a whole book since elementary school and these books will go a long way to convincing them that reading is a true joy and absolutely worth their time and attention. I want to have these titles for both whole class instruction and choice books from the classroom library. Beartown will absolutely be the book that takes their breath away and turns them into life long readers.
