Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We have a listening center in our classroom that is well-loved. It's a popular early-finisher activity. However, I purchased all of our CD players used from eBay, and they are RETRO. I'm pretty sure they are from the 90s. For this reason, we could REALLY use some modern, reliable CD players that consistently work and have battery compartments big enough for our rechargeable batteries.

In addition, I have selected some new books to add to the library.

These are cycled every couple of months so books are always new and exciting and match the seasons and holidays.

And lastly, I would love some more reusable batteries because as mentioned, our listening center is well-loved and popular. And my entire life feels like charging batteries. It would be nice to have some backups so I don't have to try so hard to stay on top of it.
