Fortunately I managed to swap out the clunky desks for some nice collaboration-inspiring tables, but not all students learn best sitting still in a hard chair (I know I certainly don’t). I would love for my students to feel comfortable in their learning environment, and I know these gifts would play a huge role in that. The cushions will help make out reading corner cozy, the stools will be perfect for students who don’t do well in the traditional chair, and the rug is for everyone to enjoy during morning meeting, literature circles, etc. I’m extremely grateful for donations of any size!
