My Project

My students are curious, creative, social, and full of ideas. They learn best when they have opportunities to work together, talk through their thinking, and learn in spaces that feel welcoming and comfortable. I love seeing them make connections with one another, take ownership of their learning, and discover that the library can be a place for much more than just checking out books.

The pub tables and chairs will help create a flexible, inviting learning space where students can collaborate, read, study, complete projects, and participate in small-group activities.

The higher tables will give students another seating option beyond traditional desks and help us better meet the needs of different learners.

These resources will also support group discussions, STEM activities, research projects, makerspace challenges, and other hands-on learning experiences. By providing students with comfortable and functional spaces to gather, we can encourage communication, creativity, collaboration, and independence while making our library a place where students want to learn.
