Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of our classroom furniture pieces are broken or worse for wear. Many of my students come from low-income homes and may not be able to bring in cleaning supplies to our classroom. That leaves us with broken, __, and unclean surfaces to work with. Our classrooms are neither given new furniture when others are no longer working for us, nor any cleaning supplies.

These supplies and new furniture would bring a sense of wonder into the classroom, making our learning feel alive!

I want to provide a safe and clean learning environment for all of my students, but I can't do that without your help. With new shelves, a new teacher desk chair, stylish and practical baskets for organization, a whiteboard to display our class charter, and cleaning wipes, our classroom will be bright, shiny, and clean for our everyday learning.
