This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our kids work so hard. One thing that is fun to do is make books with the kids. When they know they get to create and take it home, it is twice as special.

Please help me get a coil binding machine for the classroom so the kids can make their own memory books at the end of the year and bind it with pictures from the school year, art projects they have made and writing they have published within our classroom.

The binding machine is made to last. I can allow my kids to be as creative as they want to be with this machine as the bindings can be bigger or smaller depending on their project. Kids can create flash cards and bind them. They can create recipe books and gift them for mother's day. The ideas for binding projects for kids is endless. The biggest bonus is being able to use it year after year. We can create reading and math lessons that are tailored to each individual group. I would not be able to provide a machine like this for the classroom without your support. Thank you for making this happen!
