Celebrating Black History Month

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

This year I have 25 super fun, super athletic kids in my classroom! This is my second year and Covid 2020 was my first year. My students enjoy going outside and playing football, basketball, and kickball! My students put all of their efforts into physical education! Everyday they ask me if we can play P.E., when they talk about it their faces light up. We are always finding ways to stay active!

My Project

Our classroom needs P.E. equipment! I am a second year teacher and enjoy being active with my students! We all enjoy our P.E. time. Unfortunately, I do not have many balls for P.E. activities. With your help this project will fund a Basketball, Football, cones, and a cage to hold the balls. I also have a few Yoga balls for students to move on and stretch. With this project students will be able to do several different activities during their P.E. time. My students favorite game to play during P.E. is kickball and now we will have a ball to play with instead of a Volleyball! I am so excited to be able to surprise them with equipment!
