My Project

I want to tell you about a group of seventh graders who show up every single day ready to work. They come from different backgrounds, read at different levels, and bring different strengths to the classroom — but every one of them shares the same goal: to become a better reader and writer. These kids are determined, kind, and genuinely invested in their own growth, and it is an absolute privilege to be their teacher. Now, we need your help to give them the tools they deserve.

Right now, our classroom is running low on the basic everyday supplies that make learning possible.

From pencils and notebooks to highlighters, folders, and sticky notes, these are the small but mighty materials that our students rely on to stay organized, engaged, and on track during every lesson. When a student does not have what they need to participate fully, it creates a barrier — and these kids have already worked too hard to let something as simple as a missing pencil slow them down.
