My Project

Your donation will help every student in our grade experience hands-on STEM learning that they’ll remember for years.

The terrarium supplies will let each child build and keep their own closed mini ecosystem, modeling how matter cycles through soil, plants, water, and air.

Through this project, they’ll see firsthand the transfer of matter in an ecosystem, deepening their understanding of science in a meaningful, lasting way.

I did this project last year, and students absolutely loved it—they were so engaged and learned so much about ecosystems, sustainability, and scientific observation. With these materials, we’ll have enough for the entire grade to participate and make their own living model.

In addition to the terrarium supplies, the electrical kits will give students the chance to build circuits, test motors, and even create fruit batteries. They’ll learn engineering principles by experimenting, problem-solving, and working together.
