This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I absolutely love the enthusiasm and dedication my amazing 5th-grade bilingual students bring to the classroom every day. Their eagerness to learn and explore new concepts inspires me, and I am committed to providing them with the best possible learning environment.

To achieve this, I am launching a new project to acquire essential supplies like pencils, dry-erase markers, colored pencils, tissues, folders, and more.

These everyday items might seem basic, but they play a crucial role in enhancing my students' learning experiences.

In particular, the requested items will make a significant difference in their daily activities. Pencils and colored pencils will empower them to express their creativity and engage actively in class projects. Dry-erase markers will turn our lessons into interactive experiences, fostering collaboration and critical thinking. Tissues are essential for maintaining a clean and healthy environment, especially during cold and flu seasons. Folders will help my students stay organized, ensuring that they can easily access and review their work. These seemingly simple supplies will contribute to a more dynamic and effective learning atmosphere.

My primary goal for this project is to create a well-equipped and inspiring learning space where my students can flourish academically and personally. By providing them with these everyday essentials, I aim to remove any barriers to their success and enable them to focus on their education wholeheartedly. My students are special because of their diverse backgrounds, unique perspectives, and unwavering determination to learn.
