My Project

Thank you for supporting our classroom and school community. I serve students in a low-income area where many face challenges that go beyond academics. While my scholars are full of potential, not all of them receive consistent encouragement or motivation at home. Because of this, our school is deeply committed to creating a culture that builds confidence, reinforces positive choices, and reminds students that their future is full of opportunity.

At our school, we implement Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to promote a safe, supportive, and motivating learning environment.

PBIS focuses on recognizing and reinforcing positive behaviors such as responsibility, respect, perseverance, and academic effort. The materials requested in this project will be used as PBIS incentives and rewards to celebrate students who demonstrate these behaviors and meet important academic and personal goals.

These gift bags, plush, keychains, and bracelets, are not just gifts, they are intentional tools used to build student motivation, reinforce positive decision-making, and create meaningful connections between effort and success. For many of our students, these rewards serve as a powerful form of encouragement that they may not regularly experience outside of school. Whether it is recognizing improved behavior, consistent attendance, academic growth, or milestones like promotion and graduation, these items help students feel valued and proud of their accomplishments.

By supporting this project, you are helping us strengthen a system that promotes positive behavior and academic achievement while directly impacting student outcomes. These PBIS incentives help increase engagement, boost confidence, and encourage students to take ownership of their learning journey. Most importantly, they reinforce the belief that hard work and positive choices lead to success.

Our goal is to ensure that every student understands they are capable of achieving greatness and successfully matriculating into the next phase of their education. Your generosity helps make that vision a reality.
