3D Printing in my PE Curriculum!!

My Project

I would like to try something new and incorporate 3D printing into my Physical Education classes. I primarily teach a junior/senior high school competitive sports PE class. My students participate in different team sports (basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, hockey, etc.) during the semester. Due to our block schedule, my students participate in these sports twice a week and have one shorter class where the students are not physically active. I would like to take advantage of this time and have the students create individualized and personal sport figurines using this 3D printer that they can use to help in the drill-making and play-making part of the curriculum. I am also thinking of having the students build trophies and name-tags for their teams. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
