My Project

I am always looking for fun ways for my students to practice math concepts. I love being able to get them more excited and to continue that excitement at home. The 10 and 20-sided dice can help create so many hands-on activities. They can roll the dice to compare numbers, to add or subtract numbers at home and in class. There are so many possibilities!

Math should be hands-on in order for kids to grasp math concepts; this will help them to develop a strong base for more difficult concepts they will learn in the future.

The graph paper will help them to line up their numbers and develop good habits to help them. The Unifix cubes can help with basic adding and subtracting concepts as well as patterns and measurement. All of these materials can be used in so many ways. I have many students in my class learning to speak English and Math is one subject that can help them feel more confident. Thank you for considering this project!
