My Students

Writing is a a subject the many students struggle with.

My students are very eager to learn but many challenges face them daily academically and socially.

Teaching in a Title 1 school, I see the challenges that many students must overcome in order to be successful in the classroom. We must prepare 21st century learners to compete globally for the opportunities that are available to them.

My Project

Writing and organization are tools that can help students be very successful in all aspects of life. With these materials, students will learn how to organize their writing resources and products. Owning their own writer's notebook will help encourage students to write their thoughts on paper and hopefully share their masterpieces with classmates.

These materials that will be used to create writer's notebooks will give my students a sense of accomplishment and will help encourage them to write more.

Personalized writer's notebooks is a great way too start writing for the year!
