I have a classroom full of students who enjoy listening to me read chapter books to them daily. While all are learning to be good readers, they are able to enjoy more involved stories.

We have a meeting corner but the carpet sits on concrete so it makes for an uncomfortable place to relax and listen to a good story.

A great carpet will add comfort and make the reading experience even more enjoyable. With each child in his or her space, there will be an added sense of ownership and security in the classroom.

By donating a beautiful carpet, the students will know they are important members of not only our school community but of our larger community of learners. They will know that you also value reading in the classroom.
