On behalf of the children in my class, I thank you for your support!!! As a first year teacher in a high-need school, I find myself needing more resources than I can afford to buy myself. Early childhood education provides a strong foundation for learning, and thanks to your support, my students will have the just right resources to meaningfully engage the curriculum while developing their knowledge and skills. And personally, I thank you for believing in me enough to pick this project to support from among the many worthy projects!!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Erika

I chose an iPad and an OSMO. We will use the iPad for research, and the OSMO as a tool for learning literacy and math, as follows:
With an iPad, students will use technology to research information, and the OSMO has literacy and math games that are a hybrid of real-world and technology experience. As such, these games provide a developmentally appropriate learning experience. I have a curated list of high quality apps as well, and students will be limited to 30 minute technology experiences per week.
My school does not have any tech available for our classroom, but our curriculum calls for a technology center! I would love to introduce these children to Ms. Google and Ms. Osmo!
