Welcome to the DonorsChoose.org STEM Lab, supported by AT&T! The STEM Lab is a platform for teachers to look for ideas, to create innovative classroom projects, and to bring resources to students that reinforce career-readiness and real-world application through hands-on learning. Through the Lab, AT&T is doubling donations for projects that focus on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Each month, the most innovative classroom projects will be eligible to receive additional funding.
Grant Criteria:
Only requests submitted after 3/4/19 will be considered.
AT&T will match donations to projects costing 1,000 (about $850 in materials cost).
Projects submitted in the following subject areas will be considered: Math & Science (applied sciences and mathematics only).
Educators should use campaign code ATTSTEMLAB when creating a project.

Projects will be reviewed for additional funding on a monthly basis at the end of the month.

Elementary school classroom working on solutions to the UN Sustainability Goal of Clean Water through designing and prototyping 3D printed filtration systems learning from various models and kits.
Students taking on affordable housing! Project requests CoSpaces licenses and a 3D printer for students to act as architects and civil engineers to create their dream affordable houses and safe neighborhoods.
While this project isn't requesting traditional STEM materials, the idea of inviting students to create their own STEM-focused TED Talks is engaging, and we canât we can't wait to see the videos.

Engaging elementary school students with a raised garden to observe trash decomposing, a camera to produce videos to share their message of reducing single-use plastics, and other resources to study the impact plastics are having on the world.

Deep infusion of engineering with a high school project! In this project, students will identify a biomedical problem, devise a solution, and then build, prototype, calibrate, and test a device that can address a biomedical problem, including building functional prototypes.
