My Project

I work at a Title I school in Durham, North Carolina. We are currently the only state in the US without a state budget and many educators are subsidizing their classrooms.

All students deserve the best, but sometimes accessing the materials needed can be a challenge.

These resources will help me create my own materials and resources!

The binding machine will be used to create customized workbooks for small counseling group and personalized agenda books for students who struggle with organization. This will help them track assignments, set goals, and build consistent routines that support academic success. The binders will serve multiple purposes within the counseling program, including organizing materials for group sessions and maintaining important counseling resources. They will also help streamline my own organization as a school counselor, ensuring that lessons, student data, and intervention materials are easily accessible and well-structured.

Additionally, the organizer bins will be used to store counseling supplies in a way that is both accessible and efficient. Having materials neatly stored and readily available will maximize instructional time, reduce disruptions, and create a more structured and supportive counseling environment for all students.
