My Project

My Pre K students are curious, imaginative, and eager to learn through hands on experiences. They love pretending, talking with one another, and recreating the everyday routines they see at home and in their communities. Dramatic play gives them a meaningful way to build language, practice cooperation, solve problems, and make sense of the world around them.

The multiracial baby dolls will help every child feel represented while encouraging empathy and nurturing play.

The doll crib, high chair, and bouncer will allow students to practice caregiving routines, share responsibilities, and develop social skills. The mailbox will inspire students to write, send, sort, and deliver pretend letters, strengthening early literacy and communication skills. The laundry set will introduce new vocabulary, sequencing, sorting, and practical life skills. The magnetic bookshelf will keep books visible and accessible so students can connect stories to their dramatic play experiences.

With these resources, our dramatic play center will become a welcoming space where students can imagine, communicate, collaborate, and learn through purposeful play.
