My Project

Hawaii gets hot, and my students are always asking to get a drink of water, lemonade, or another drink of some kind. As my school’s STEAM and CTE teacher, I feel hands-on is the best way for students to learn and appreciate what they have and receive.

I’m always looking for ways to meet my students' needs, while also creating learning experiences.

I want to incorporate lemonade making into my classes so they have refreshing afternoon drinks. Students will be able to practice measurement while making large batches of lemonade that will last days in the refrigerator and insulated coolers with spouts. Please help us turn this need for refreshing drinks into a learning experience.
