Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will be a tremendous help in continuing to grow the BES Art Room. The art supplies, organizing caddies, and dry-erase dots will create a more organized space that allows children to navigate the art room with more independence and agency, as well as create opportunities for students to operate as a team that works together and helps one another. Additionally, the drawing materials in this fundraiser will elevate the students artwork and contribute to a classroom environment with a greater respect for materials and how to use them.

The BES community has been incredibly encouraging in my efforts to create a space where students can not only grow their art skills and knowledge, but also a space where students can feel safe to explore creative expression.
