Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My project focuses on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for my students in our autism classroom. Every day, I work with children who learn in unique ways and benefit from hands-on materials, sensory tools, visual supports, and adapted learning resources. These supplies help my students build communication, social, academic, and self-regulation skills while increasing their confidence and independence. Seeing their growth and excitement when they successfully participate in learning activities is incredibly rewarding. Additional classroom supplies will provide meaningful opportunities for every student to learn, thrive, and reach their fullest potential.
