Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students need a lot of support in math and having new, colorful manipulatives and math games will increase their motivation during lessons. We could really use 12 inch rulers, yardsticks, markers, and pencils for our classroom. We are an ICT class and hands-on learning helps students retain information more easily.

Math games can make center time more fun!

Students are working hard to learn their multiplication facts and learning new strategies daily. Having these materials in our classroom will save time also; no more searching for a dry erase marker or pencil! And it is really nice to enjoy a little treat after working hard so having extra snacks on hand is appreciated.
