My Project

My K–6 computer science students are curious, creative, and eager to learn. They come to class with different levels of technology experience, but they all enjoy opportunities to explore, create, and try new things.

A portable touchscreen display will make a real difference in their learning by making my instruction more hands-on and interactive.

I can use it during lessons to demonstrate coding, Google Workspace, digital citizenship, and other technology skills while students come up to the screen and participate rather than simply watch.

My goals are to increase student engagement, build confidence with technology, strengthen problem-solving and coding skills, and give students more opportunities to collaborate and demonstrate what they know.

Because I teach hundreds of K–6 students, this resource will benefit students of many ages and learning styles. Most importantly, it will help turn technology instruction into an experience where students can touch, explore, create, and learn by doing.
