Everyday they ask when we are going to boards and are eager to get into groups! It has truly been a motivating factor in my room.\r\n\r\nI can't express how much I also appreciate your donations. Yesterday, the students worked in groups to draw a parallelogram with an area of 24. Afterwards we were able to share out the many possible parallelograms they could have drawn using the drawings on their whiteboards. Each group was able to present their visual and demonstrate their understanding through the use of their visual on their board. Not only are students demonstrating their understanding of the learning goal for the day, but they are using cooperative work skills and their verbal presentation skills. \r\n\r\nMoving forward, I am excited to incorporate these whiteboards daily.
