All the items not only assist in their quality of academic achievement, they also assist with their sensory, and cognitive abilities during each school day. \r\n\r\nFor example some students are benefiting from the stools that help them regulate during instruction, other students benefit from the swing Egg Chairs that provides them with regulation during their high stimulated times of the day. I got a late start on this year's project and we had some state testing to navigate through. But I am very happy to report that my students had a blast creating, building, painting and making a wonderful mess! \r\n Some of the groups came up with some super innovative utopian civilizations, some simply had fun painting their projects and each other! All in all, everyone was engaged with hands on learning and positive vibes because of your generosity - so as a classroom community, we'd like to thank you sincerely for adding so much color to our 8th grade experience!\r\n Some of the kids took their projects home, some will be recycled for next year and some have been shown off in the library in the spirit of a gallery walk. Project Based Learning is always a more interesting way to get the students more involved get more of the state standards explored.
