The flexible seating options allow students to choose a space where they feel comfortable and focused, which has led to increased engagement and stamina during intervention instruction. Students who struggle to learn to read now are now more attentive and confident, and the classroom feels more inclusive and supportive of different learning needs.\r\n\r\nThe phonics boards have become an essential tool in our daily instruction. Students use them to practice decoding, blending sounds, and building words, which has strengthened their foundational reading skills. Having hands-on, reusable materials empowers students to actively participate, take risks, and receive immediate feedback. I have seen significant growth in students' ability to decode and apply phonics skills to their reading.\r\n\r\nOne of the most exciting additions has been the new reading tent, which has quickly become a favorite spot in our classroom. The tent provides a cozy, inviting space that encourages independent reading of decodable texts. Students are motivated to practice their phonics skills independently in this calm environment, building both confidence and a love of reading. Thank you for making these meaningful learning experiences possible—your support is helping my students grow into strong, enthusiastic readers. 💙","fullyFundedDate":1758815853784,"projectUrl":"project/engaging-reading-intervention-space/9613607/","projectTitle":"Engaging Reading Intervention Space","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Lodahl","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8917825_orig.jpg?crop=1814,1814,x501,y802&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1673131220388","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8917825"},{"teacherId":4367405,"projectId":8950809,"letterContent":"Have you ever participated in a book club?
