I want to share the incredible impact your support has had on our 3rd graders.\r\nSince introducing flexible seating, we've seen a noticeable increase in student engagement and focus. Students are able to choose seating that helps them feel comfortable and ready to learn, which has led to less fidgeting and more sustained attention during independent work. \r\nWe've also noticed a significant reduction in behavior challenges. Giving students appropriate ways to move—such as standing desks, and alternative seating—has helped many of them stay regulated and on task. \r\nMost importantly, flexible seating has helped many of our students feel more confident, independent, and in control of their learning.
