My students need to spread their wings. We have worked on some activities with Code.org and we have done some activities with coding without the computer. We need enough robots so that we can work in pairs to see coding in action. My students will use these Bit Coding Robots and Apple iPad tablet to explore their abilities through building, coding, checking their coding, making robots, do simple activities and rechecking their code to see how they could make it better. These activities will be used in the library. While we will do some during our class time we will also use them at lunch recess with a Robot Club. They will be able to use these manipulatives during our whole group and small group time. All of these 3 -5 students will live in a world of more and more digital living. Your generous donation to our project will improve our classes by building a stronger digital learner. This will change our students' lives for the better. Robots are a fun and exciting way to learn!
