The new materials you helped provide have already become favorites among my students.\r\n\r\nWhen the boxes first arrived, the excitement was contagious. Students crowded around as I unpacked the Lakeshore Alphabet Sounds Teaching Tubs and Magnetic Letters Kit, immediately testing out new word combinations and proudly reading them aloud. Our book bins quickly filled with stories, including our new set of kindness and social-emotional learning books. These have sparked heartfelt conversations about compassion, empathy, and celebrating differences—beautiful lessons for young learners.\r\n\r\nThe Lakeshore Light Table and manipulatives have been an absolute hit. From translucent pattern blocks to math trays, students have been experimenting with shapes, symmetry, and problem-solving in ways that feel like play but build deep math and spatial reasoning skills. The marble run and magnetic tiles invite teamwork and persistence, as groups of children build elaborate structures, troubleshoot designs, and cheer when their creations work.\r\n\r\nEven our calming corner has transformed thanks to the plush emotion toys and feelings book set. Students now have concrete, comforting ways to name and process their emotions—a skill that is just as important as learning letters and numbers.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we'll be using these resources for our upcoming project on community and kindness. Students will explore diversity with the floor puzzle, role-play with their new literacy tools, and create collaborative displays using the tabletop paper center and clipboard stands. The joy, creativity, and confidence these materials inspire are already shaping our classroom community in lasting ways.\r\n\r\nYour gift didn't just supply supplies—you gave my students tools to grow, imagine, and thrive.
