The students were incredibly grateful and happy to receive them by the end of the school day.\r\n\r\nAs you may know, the main part of our academic instruction happens in the afternoon, after students return from their special classes like music, art, PE, and media. By then, they're often tired—and many begin to feel hungry again, which makes it even harder to concentrate.\r\n\r\nYour contribution made a real and immediate difference. The snacks gave students the boost they needed to stay focused, participate more actively, and push through the rest of the day. In fact, it was the difference between students being able to learn—and students struggling to stay awake.\r\n\r\nThanks to your support, I've seen improvement not only in energy and engagement, but also in student performance. Some have even begun scoring better on their tests and showing more confidence in their work. It's been rewarding to witness them grow into brilliant scholars.\r\n\r\nThank you once again for your kindness and generosity. You helped create a better learning environment, and we are truly grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1701224174719,"projectUrl":"project/afternoon-yummies/7758653/","projectTitle":"Afternoon Yummies","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Parker","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp6062417_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1542262227913","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mr-jparker"},{"teacherId":8680413,"projectId":8981360,"letterContent":"My students and I are so grateful for the opportunity to create with clay this year!\r\n\r\nOur kindergarteners developed their fine motor skills by making pinch pots with flowers and lollipops. First graders made their own teacup and saucer set and some even made a spoon to go with it. Second graders worked on their coiling and hand building skills to create a beehive topped by a bee. Third graders used fine motor skills and a lot of imagination to create silly pinch pot monsters. My fourth grade students sculpted colorful fish on a base of rocks and sea plants. Finally, the fifth graders created pairs of items that go together such as bacon & eggs, etc.\r\n\r\nThey have all had such a wonderful time working on these projects and this medium has really given many the chance to shine!\r\n\r\nThank you again for providing them with this amazing opportunity!","fullyFundedDate":1738797815878,"projectUrl":"project/everyone-loves-clay-days-in-art-class/8981360/","projectTitle":"Everyone Loves Clay Days In Art Class!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Weeks","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8680413_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1662333601714","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8680413"},{"teacherId":9545602,"projectId":8401650,"letterContent":"The new folders and mailbox have been such a game-changer in our classroom! My students have been using the folders for organizing their work, assignments, and personal projects, which has really helped them stay on top of their tasks and feel more in control of their learning. The mailbox has been equally exciting. It's become a tool for them to submit their assignments or notes to me and also for me to give individualized feedback, making the whole process feel more organized and streamlined.\r\n\r\nThe moment the students saw the new folders and mailbox, their eyes lit up! They were so excited to have a designated space for their work and to have an official way to \"send\" and \"receive\" their materials. It might sound simple, but it really has made a difference in how they approach their responsibilities—they feel more grown-up and accountable.\r\n\r\nI'm really looking forward to seeing how these resources continue to enhance our classroom management and learning environment.
