Your generosity has helped create meaningful experiences that celebrate positive behavior and encourage our students to be Respectful, Responsible, and Safe each day at school.\r\n\r\nOur students have been using the new craft supplies and treats during our monthly Student of the Month celebrations. One special activity we introduced was a \"Swag Your Bag\" craft where students decorated their own treat bags using the donated materials before filling them with rewards and goodies. During these sessions, we also reviewed our PBIS expectations and talked about what it means to demonstrate positive behavior in the classroom, cafeteria, hallways, and playground.\r\n\r\nThe students were beyond excited when they first saw the materials arrive. Many immediately began talking about ideas for decorating and were proud to be recognized for making positive choices. For some students, being selected as Student of the Month gave them a confidence boost and motivated them to continue making respectful and responsible decisions. Seeing their smiles and excitement reminded us how important positive reinforcement and school connectedness truly are.\r\n\r\nThe next steps for our students include continuing monthly PBIS-centered activities that combine social-emotional learning, creativity, and positive behavior recognition. We plan to use the materials throughout the school year to reinforce teamwork, kindness, self-control, and leadership while building a positive school culture. These celebrations are helping students feel seen, valued, and encouraged to continue making good choices.\r\n\r\nThank you again for investing in our students and helping us create memorable experiences that support both learning and positive behavior growth. Your kindness is making a lasting impact in our school community.","fullyFundedDate":1774077768363,"projectUrl":"project/celebrating-positive-behaviors-for-stude/10093109/","projectTitle":"Celebrating Positive Behaviors for Students Who Uphold the School Motto","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Bassett","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8658205_orig.jpg?crop=960,960,x0,y160&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1683829897081","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8658205"},{"teacherId":8680413,"projectId":9586056,"letterContent":"My students and I greatly appreciate your generous donations of the various fun supplies for our school's art studio. All grades have enjoyed using the glue for various collage projects. We look forward to using the acrylic markers, clay, and tooling foil in some exciting three-dimensional projects this spring.\r\n\r\nMy students have created some amazing artwork this year and they have enjoyed showing it off a several art shows and school programs.
