They immediately noticed how thoughtful the items were—from the snacks to the Tide pens to the band-aids—and several commented on how nice it felt to have what they needed available right in the classroom.\r\n\r\nWe've already seen how these simple resources make a big difference. A few students with diabetes have been able to grab a quick snack to stabilize their blood sugar without needing to miss class time, which helps them stay focused and comfortable. Others have used the Tide pens before presentations or the band-aids for small cuts so they could get right back to learning without distraction. These small moments of care have created a classroom culture built on trust, support, and readiness to learn.\r\n\r\nWith their basic needs met, students are more focused and confident during lessons.
